• How to Make Healthy Almond Cherry Recipe

    Arthritis makes the bones very weak and often inflammation symptoms are also experienced by its patients. It is very important for an arthritis patient to eat something that is rich in vitamins and minerals. So here is a recipe which delivers delicious flavor and in addition contains powerful nutrients.

    Ingredients:

    Cherries

    • 2 cups wheat flour.
    • 1 cup flour of almond.
    • 1 ¼ tsp of cinnamon.
    • ¼ tsp of baking soda.
    • ½ tsp of baking powder.
    • Salt as per taste.
    • 1 cup low fat cream, sour.
    • ½ cup white sugar or natural cane.
    • 1 cup olive oil or canola oil.
    • 2 tsp of almond extract.
    • 2 cup of fresh cherries, pitted.

    Method of Preparation:

    1. First of all preheat the microwave oven at 350 degree.
    2. Now take a bowl and add wheat flour to it.
    3. Now add baking soda and baking powder to it.
    4. Add salt as per your taste.
    5. Mix 1 tsp of cinnamon to the above.
    6. Now take a separate bowl beat eggs in it.
    7. Now add almond extract to the beaten eggs.
    8. Add sugar as per your taste.
    9. Now add oil and mix the wet ingredients well.
    10. Gently pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, add cherries and mix well.
    11. Take a muffin pan and grease it with butter or oil.
    12. Put the above mixture in to the muffin pan and bake it.
    13. Bake for 25 minutes.

    After 25 minutes remove it from the oven and let it cool

    • Cherries are good in taste as well as high in nutrients such as Lutein zeaxanthin.
    • Almonds are a great source of vitamin A, vitamin V, vitamin E and calcium.
