    • Pour few drops of oil in palm & spread it over the entire body starting from your head to toes. If you are not shampooing your hair, just massage face & ears, not scalp.
    • Then again start massaging your body using long strokes on areas, like arms & legs, & circular strokes around knees, elbows, etc. Don’t overlook areas, like the soles of feet, fingernails & ears.
