    Regular application of fenugreek seeds makes your hair shinier and long. The nicotin and protein content in these seeds are considered highly effective in controlling hair fall and clean your scalp from the presence of dirt, dust and dandruff. Hair issues such as hair thinning and baldness can be treated using fenugreek seeds. The lecithin present in these seeds hydrates the hair and makes them stronger from the roots. Regular usage of fenugreek seeds guarantees a long and lustrous thick hair.

    Get rid of dandruff with Fenugreek Seeds 

    Use of warm water during winter causes the scalp surface to become flaky and dry. This leads to the formation of dandruff. Hormonal changes can also cause dandruff in women.

    Soak 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds in warm water overnight. Make a fine paste of these seeds in the morning and directly apply using hairbrush on the scalp. Leave the paste on the scalp for around half an hour. Wash using natural hair cleanser such as soap-nut solution and shikakai. For giving further boost to the hair health, you can use the hair tonic as a final rinse by soaking fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Follow this treatment twice a week for few months to get rid of dandruff.

    You can mix warm olive oil with the crushed fenugreek seeds or even with warm coconut oil and form a paste to heal and soothe infected scalp. Combining fenugreek seed paste with apple cider vinegar is also effective in treating dandruff.
