Watch For Calorific values to stay Healthy
The label also indicates the calorific values and the calories in the fat content.
You should first check the total calorific value of the overall pack and not just the calories from the fat as each calorie will add weight around your waistline.
Moreover, make sure that you are choosing a good fat version instead of the unhealthy Trans fat.
Monounsaturated and Polyunsaturated Fats
You need to limit your intake of trans fat if you want to stay fit and healthy. As you move down the label you will find the different types of fats such as saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats servings in gram.
For choosing healthier option to choose foods products that have saturated fats below 5 percent. Since monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are healthy, there is no limitation while choosing except if you want to limit your intake of calories.
