- 8 garlic cloves minced or crushed.

- 4 cups raw kale, finely chopped.
- 2 cups vegetable broth, or if you are non-vegetarian, then chicken.
- 1 cup white beans.
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes chopped.
- 2 tbsp dried Italian herbs.
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups parsley, chopped.

- Take a large pot and preheat it.
- Put 2 spoons of olive oil in and heat.
- Add finely chopped garlic to the olive oil.
- Now add chopped onion to it.
- Cook until it is soft.
- Now add kale to the mixture and stir it.

- Now add vegetable broth or chicken and beans as per your choice.
- 2 cups of beans should be added to this now.
- Put chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper according to your taste.
