  • 1½ cups flour, preferably wheat flour.
  • 2 tsp of baking powder.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1 tsp cinnamon.
  • 1 cup sugar, brown sugar.
  • 3 to 4 bananas.
  • 5 tbsp coconut oil.
  • ½ cup fresh plain yogurt.
  • 3 tbsp vanilla extract.

Method to prepare
Banana Bread Recipe

  1. First of all, preheat the microwave oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Take a bowl and add wheat flour to it.
  3. Now add 2 tsp of baking powder and mix well.
  4. Now add salt as per your taste.
  5. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon to the above.
  6. Finally, add 1 cup of brown sugar to the bowl.
  7. Mix the above dry ingredients well.
  8. Mash the bananas in the above mixture.
  9. Do not mash the banana into a paste. Let some pieces be there to give a good taste of it.
  10. Now, take another bowl and add yoghurt and vanilla extract.
  11. Now add the yoghurt and vanilla extract paste to the banana mixture.
  12. Take a baking pan and grease it with butter.
  13. Pour the above mixture into it and bake it.
  14. Bake for 50 minutes.
  15. You can add toppings of cherries to it.
