You can find zinc in chickpeas, beans, lentils, dairy, and related products. Non-vegetarian sources are cattle, eggs, lamb, and pork. Seeds like pumpkin, flax, and sesame seeds are high in zinc, they can be added to soups, salads, and yogurt.
