Once the rice beer is done, transfer it to another clean container, and add around 3 cups of water, & then put it in the refrigerator.

Although the rice beer is already fermented, wait for 24 hours or so after you can add the water before you start drinking it.
Keep this rice beer mixture in the fridge for a while, perhaps months, or even longer.
