” To become skinny in few days, your diet plan must include the intake of vegetables, fruits, and starch.
Avoid the consumption of alcohol at least for few days.
Also, it is vital to drink a maximum of 10 glasses of water each day.

Day 1:
On the first day of your diet plan, consume all the fruits, excluding bananas, grapes, mangoes, and lychees, without any quantity restriction.
It is preferred to consume more lime, watermelon, apples, oranges, pomegranates, melons, and strawberries.
Method:
Drink sufficient water (3 to 4 litres per day).
Go for a 30-minute to 40-minute walk, preferably brisk walking or any way of walking.
Do breathing exercises for at least 10 minutes under expert guidance and consume the aforementioned raw fruits because with raw fruits, we get 25 to 38 grams of fibre for our body.
This will help us improve our digestive system.
When you feel tired on the 1st day, eat any solid food, like a small bowl of kichidi (porridge) or oats.
Day 2:
On the second day of your diet plan, consume all veggies only as you wish without any limitation.
You can also start your day with a boiled potato & a teaspoon of butter.
However, after that, we only have raw & boiled vegetables.
Only one potato is enough at breakfast time; then consume vegetables at a regular mealtime.
You can also add a pinch of oregano or basil seasoning.
Day 2 is a calorie-free day with a good amount of fibre & nutrients.
Method:
All veggies must be washed; if possible, eat them raw, or else boil them.
Organic vegetables can only be eaten raw.
When you feel more hungry on the 2nd day, drink Ragi malt, add pepper to the veggies, and a little bit of dried ginger.
Eat more leafy vegetables, at least 300 grams.
Must follow walking or any physical exercises, not heavy exercises.
Day 3:
Day 3 is a blend of days 1 & 2. You can have both fruits & vegetables of any quantity.
However, drink lots of water and avoid potatoes.

Day 4:
On the fourth day, you have the freedom to eat six bananas for the entire day.
You can drink a maximum of 4 glasses of milk (skimmed).
Moreover, you can also have one cup of diluted soup for a meal only once.
The soup must include onions, capsicum, tomatoes, and garlic.
Method:
Add black pepper to the soup. Eat naturally ripened bananas only.
Must-do: walking, drinking natural orange juice, lime juice, or any juice without sugar.
Day 5:
On your fifth day of the diet plan, you can have a tasty meal.
You can have sprouts, tomatoes, and cottage cheese, like paneer, and so on.
Also, add soya chunks to make a delicious soup.
Ensure to increase the intake of water on day 5.
Method:
Prefer to eat sprouts at snack time; sprouts are soybean, mung bean, black bean, kidney bean, green pea, and snow pea.
Must walk 30 to 40 minutes; eating roasted papad in a meal, cheese, and paneer is natural.
Day 6:
On day 6, eat cottage cheese, sprouts, and other vegetables, excluding tomatoes.
Consume an adequate quantity of water every day.
Method:
Don’t eat heavy milk products, drink buttermilk, eat leafy vegetables, and consume at least 300 grams. Do walking
Day 7:
On the last & final day of the diet plan, you will be happy inside out.
You can consume fresh fruit juice, half a chapati, or one cup of brown rice and other vegetables and finally complete it with the consumption of water.
